German solar architect claims breakthrough in solar energy technology
A German solar energy architect says a system he has developed would gather far more solar energy using far fewer cells. Water balls concentrate light into a narrow beam, and means a smaller footprint is needed. The claim is 50% more efficient, let's hope that's true!
